Cole & Denny Architects provided architectural and engineering services for the design, documentation and construction phase services for this new, 2,400 SF campus retail building. The building is slab-on-grade construction with masonry bearing walls and steel bar joist roof structure. The exterior walls are a combination of pre-finished corrugated metal panels, EIFS and split-face block, which were chosen to complement the established campus architecture.
